BRAVE NEW LIFE The origin of Brave New Life began in 2019 as part of the international project Shaking The Walls , funded by the European Union's Creative Europe program. In the first phase, there were several debates on current topics. The focus was on the phenomenon of the truth from various perspectives of the pre-revolutionary and contemporary generations. The issue of disinformation and conspiracy proved to be crucial. Based on this controversial motive, the Czech-Slovak creative team led by Peter Radkoff and director Jozef Vlk set to work. The Slovak playwright Michaela Zakuťanská took care of the text component, Stanislava Vlčeková is responsible for the choreography. An equally important role in the project is played by the original music of Ladislav Pálmai , which is complemented by the drum set by Marek Žiliniec . The urgency of the message is underlined by intensive projections by visual designer Jakub Pišek and light design by Ints Plavnieks . Due to the lock-down and subsequent reduction, it was rescheduled to the fall and after nine months of intensive preparations it took place on Wednesday 16 September 2020 in Košice and on Wednesday 7 October in the Cooltour Cultural Center as part of the MOVE Fest . Martin Bosy - Modely pohybového a atletického rozvoja Architektúra nášho tela je unikátna – malý kontakt so zemou, vysoko položené ťažisko, vzpriamená postúra. To dáva nášmu telu veľmi dynamický, ale nestabilný charakter, ktorý so sebou nesie mnoho kladov a záporov, premietajúcich sa do kvality nášho pohybu. V tejto súvislosti sa zameriame primárne na to, ako zefektívniť koordináciu medzi jednotlivými časťami tela okolo jeho vertikálnej osi, a tým vedeli naplno využiť svoj kinetický potenciál a preniesli ho do pohybu bez zbytočného napätia. Tieto kvality následne otestujeme cez rôzne interaktívne/partnerské zadania. Martin vychádza z akademického vzdelania v oblasti biologických vied a dlhoročných skúseností v edukácii o fyzickej praxi a pohybe. Zameriava sa na porozumenie biologických a fyzikálnych princípov, na ktorých je založený náš ľudský dizajn a fyziológia – a ako si z nich odvodiť svoju individuálnu prax pre pohybový a kognitívny rozvoj. Samuel Adam - Súčasný tanec, tvorivé laboratórium Volám sa Samuel a v posledné dva roky žijem hlavne pohybom. Spoznávam a objavujem tento nekonečný oceán plný možností, ktorý ma robí šťastným na Experimentálnej akadémii tanca v Salzburgu. Sem-tam sa do tohto spoznávania snažím prilievať trochu spevu a herectva a zisťujem aký pomer by spolu dokázal fungovať. Move you camp poznám od úplného začiatku a je to pre mňa srdcová záležitosť nie len kvôli ľudom a jedinečnej atmosfére ale aj preto, pretože práve tu som zistil, že tanec je moja skrytá vášeň. Pohyb, kamaráti, príroda, slnko, výzvy, možnosť prejaviť sa a nekonečné možnosti... Už sa na vás všetkých veľmi teším!!! Mgr. art. Katarína Matúšová (Hajsterová) - Súčasný tanec, tvorivé laboratórium Katarína je temperamentný tanečník, progresívny pedagóg a choreograf. Miluje spontánnosť, živelnosť, ale súčasne ladnosť a krehkosť pohybu. Tanec je pre ňu paralela života s rovnakými princípmi fungovania, súladu a nesúladu. Katarína vyštudovala Vysokú školu múzických umení v Bratislave v odbore zameranom na pedagogiku moderného a súčasného tanca. K jej zahraničným skúsenostiam patrí štúdium vo Viedni, v portugalskom Porte, či v USA. Je držiteľkou Fulbright ocenenia, ktoré jej umožnilo ročné pôsobenie v Movement Research v New York City v oblasti výskumu a vzdelávania súčasného tanca a jeho foriem. Katarína je jednou zo zakladateliek umeleckého kolektívu Move-you o.z., zameraného na autorské projekty v oblasti súčasného tanečného umenia. Jedným z nich intenzívny vzdelávací program Move You Camp, ktorý sa zameriava na súčasný tanec, interpretáciu a tvorbu a autorské tanečné predstavenie Ženy 2020. Ako tanečný pedagóg Katarína pôsobí na Konzervatóriu Bratislava, tiež pôsobila na Tanečnom Konzervatóriu Evy Jaczovej a na Konzervatóriu J.L. Bellu v Banskej Bystrici . Ďalej spolupracuje s ďalšími umeleckými kolektívmi ako MimoOs, Colectivo Priekopník Veverička, En Verontoe, Bratislava v pohybe, Tanečno. K jej predošlým divadelným skúsenostiam patrí aj pôsobenie v muzikálových predstaveniach Novej Scény ako Rómeo a Júlia, Mačky, Cigáni idú do a ďalsie. Tiež v muzikáloch ako Osmy svetadiel, Atlantída z produkcie Jan Production, West Side Story z dielne choreografa Jonathan Hour v produkcii Seefestspiele a skúsila si aj divadelné dosky Diavadla A. Bagara v muzikáloch Tisícročná včela a Polovanie pápež. V Národnom Divadle Moravskoslezskom pôsobila v opere Škola žiarlivých. Má rada nové výzvy, ktoré ju posúvajú vpred. Preto rada obohacuje svoju interpretačnú a pedagogickú prax o rôzne pohybové systémy a metódy ako yoga, bojové umenia, ľahká akrobacia, rôzne typy športov a tiež somatické metódy a prácu s telom. Jej ďalšie kroky smerujú k projektom podporujúcim rozvoj tanečného vzdelávania, umeleckej tvorby a v neposlednom rade chce tancovať, tvoriť a odovzdávať svoje skúsenosti ako i radosť a lásku k tancu. Mgr. art. Simona Tonková (Droppanová) - Súčasný tanec, tvorivé laboratórium Simona je absolventkou VŠMU v Bratislave. Tancu sa venuje od detstva, kedy skôr mala prístup k štýlu hip-hop. Neskôr s obrovským nadšením spoznávala jazzový, moderný, súčasný tanec aj kontaktnú improvizáciu. Svoje skúsenosti naďalej využíva ako performer, pedagóg a choreograf. Celý život sa venuje pohybovému a tanečnému vzdelávaniu detí a mládeže v rôznych tanečných telesách (Centrum voľného času Zlaté Moravce a Jumbo Dance Bratislava). Svoj tréningový program prispôsobuje veku tanečníkov, zameriava sa však na kondične a fyzicky zdatné telo, technickú prípravu, koordináciu pohybu a samostatnú kreatívnu tvorbu. Rada vyučuje tanečné variácie, ale aj skúma pohyb cez improvizáciu. Baví ju pozorovať dopad tanečného umenia na amatérskych tanečníkov rôzneho veku, akým je aj citlivejšie vnímanie seba a okolia, rozvoj sebadôvery, kreativity a spolupráce a predchádzanie sociálno-patologickým javom u detí a mládeže. ​ Vo svojich skúsenostiach zažila účinkovanie v muzikáloch (Príbeh Ulice, Sladká Charity, Tisícročná včela) a v televíznych projektoch. Jindřich Panský - Acropartnering Jana Ryšlavá (CZ) po absolutoriu na Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance se věnovala pedagogice na Janáčkově konzervatoři v Ostravě, působila v mezinárodních projektech. Založila plaftormu MOVE Ostrava, kurátoruje festival MOVE Fest pro Ostravu a společně s Priestorem súčasného tanca pro Košice. V současné době ji uvidíte v představení Brave New Life (Tabačka Kulturfabrik), The Urge Grows(CZ/DE/SK), Čert a Káča (SND). Věří že pohyb je pro každé tělo a baví ji otevírat tyto možnosti. Jindřich Panský (CZ) je zakládajícím členem renomované Losers cirque Je bývalým reprezentantem České republiky ve sportovní gymnastice. V současné době se věnuje především tanci a akrobacii, které úspěšně kombinuje v řadě divadelních představení: se soubory Losers Cirque Company (Losers, Walls and Handbags, Beach Boys, Kolaps, Ego, Heroes), Burki&Com., Národní divadlo (Billy Budd, Láska ke třem pomerančům), Galerie Rudolfinum a nebo Krajina Těla z produkce Laterny magiky. ​ Bc. Veronika Tököly - improvizácie a pohybová explorácia ​ Narodila sa v r. 1992 v Čadci, na Slovensku. Vyštudovala na Konzervatóriu J.L.Bellu v Banskej Bystrici. Následne pokračovala v tanečnom štúdiu na univerzite Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität v Linzi, v Rakúsku v odbore interpretácia v súčasnom tanci a pedagogika tanca, kde ukončila bakalárske štúdium v roku 2016. Od roku 2013 bola členkou tanečnej company SILK Fluegge v Linzi. Hlavnou choreografkou a riaditeľkou je Silke Grabinger (AT), ktorá prepája súčasný tanec s hip-hopovými štýlmi, break-dance a pohybovým divadlom. Veronika ďalej pracovala s choreografmi na domácej i zahraničnej pôde, ako sú napríklad Tomáš Nepšinský (SK), Radoslav Piovarči (SK), Anton Lachký (SK), Lukáš Homola (SK), Dolma Jover Agullo (ES), Rose Breuss (AT), Johannes Randolf (AT), Milan Tomášik (SK). Úspešne absolvovala 4-mesačnú stáž v španielskej company Otra danza pod vedením riaditeľky a choreografky Asun Noales (ES). Od decembra 2017 je členkou pražskej tanečnej company 420people pod vedením riaditeľa a choreografa Václava Kuneša (CZ). Už od roku 2012 sa aktívne venuje aj pedagogickej činnosti a od roku 2017 sa zaujíma o trénerstvo v oblasti fitness. V súčasnosti pokračuje vo vzedlávani na HAMU v magisterskom odbore Pedagogika učasného tanca a od roku 2020 je matkou teraz už 2-ročného Dávidka. Mgr. Helena Arenbergerová - improvizácie a pohybová explorácia Jako profesionální tanečnice a performerka Helena spolupracovala s předními tanečníky a tanečními soubory české i zahraniční scény (420People, Ceren Oran, Jana Burkiewiczová/ Burkicom, Michal Záhora/Pulsar, Temporary Collective, VerTeDance, CieLaroque/Helene Weinzierl, DOT504, Jozef Fruček a Linda Kapetanea, Akram Khan, Jarek Cemerek, Yuri Korec, Thomas Steyaert, CieWilliDorner, Crystal Pite, I.M.Popovici, Jan Kodet, CreWCollective aj.), s divadelními režiséry (Petrou Tejnorovou a Jiřím Havelkou pro VerTeDance a s Danielem Špinarem pro Národní divadlo), a předními hudebníky ( např. Zrní, Clarinet Factory, Beata Hlavenková, Prague Improvisation Orchestra aj.). Vystupovala na tanečních a divadelních festivalech v Česku, Evropě, Asii a Africe. Jako lektorka momentálně působí na Katedře tance na HAMU, na KALD DAMU a na konzervatoři Duncan Centre. Příležitostně vede lekce a workshopy pro laickou veřejnost. Ocenění za interpretaci: Širší nominace na Cenu Thálie 2020 v kategorii Balet, tanec a pohybové divadlo za sólové představení Generace X. Tanečnice roku 2017 a 2008 udělené mezinárodní porotou na České taneční platformě, tamtéž Cena za interpretaci v roce 2000 a nominace na Cenu Thálie v roce 2008. Sólové představení Comida para dos/Duo para ella v choreografii Helene Weinzierl/CieLaroque získalo The Best Solo performance na Masdanza Festival 2004. Je certifikovanou masérkou. V tanci a masážích nachází propojení toho, co ji zajímá: osvobozené, citlivé, propojené a vědomé tělo, přítomný okamžik, neverbální komunikace. Ve spolupráci s CENTRUM PANT vás zveme na diskuzi, během které se tvůrci a interpreti představení „WHOMAN“ pokusí odkrýt problematiku tématu mužství, rovnosti a toxické maskulinity v současné společnosti. Do tohoto křehkého tématu se ponoříme společně se performerem Jiřím Šimkem ze souboru Ufftenživot , který ve své tvorbě rád zdůrazňuje aktuální témata a otevírá prostor pro dialog s divákem. Jeho partnerem v představení i v diskusi bude Peter Šavel - tanečník a performer žijící a tvořící na Slovensku a v Belgii.
