Together with Move-you o. z. we invite you to the sixth year of the training program of contemporary dance and art in a beautiful mountain environment. Experience with us a spontaneous atmosphere full of inspiring people, artists, dancers and creators from various areas of contemporary dance and movement. This is a unique opportunity to enrich and develop your movement, interpretation and creative qualities through the Move You Camp training program, which responds to the current needs of the contemporary dance scene and developing trends in dance art.
The training program consists of lessons in contemporary dance, floorwork, improvisation techniques, creation, soft acrobatics and movement, acro partnering in contemporary dance, yoga and also a hike to the M.R. Štefánik Chat or, for the more skilled, to Ginger.
Training takes place in three-hour blocks in the morning and afternoon. Depending on the weather, one day is reserved for a full-day hike and yoga..
