MASTERCLASS
The workshop focuses on exploring and mastering movement principles, mime, dance, and physical theatre, with their direct application in free improvisation. You will learn about spontaneous nonverbal expression—engaging in dialogue both with the audience and with your partner on stage.
â
Practical Information: We recommend bringing plenty of water and clothing suitable for movement.

Step onto your mat and discover time just for yourself, your body, and your mind. Jana Ryšlavá's February Hatha Yoga sessions will focus on breathwork, gentle warm-ups, and strengthening exercises. The middle part of each class will include poses designed to support kidney function, which helps detoxify and energize the body. Together, we’ll awaken and harmonize both body and mind.
â
You can look forward to balancing poses, breathwork, and a series of asanas aimed at nurturing the proper function of the kidneys and liver.
â
Practical Information: The class is suitable for beginners with some prior movement experience, as well as intermediate practitioners. Jana provides simpler variations for every asana, along with options for more advanced levels.
â
We recommend bringing your own mat, comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and a blanket or sweater for the final relaxation.
