WE WANT YOU! Social media manager hunt

WE WANT YOU! We’re looking for a new team member to keep the rhythm of our social media. Someone with a feel for language, visuals, and movement. If you’re into contemporary dance, new circus, physical theatre, and culture that truly matters, read on.


WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • plan, prepare, and publish content based on both long-term strategy and current events

  • manage MOVE Ostrava profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • work with Canva, professional photos, and video (Reels)

  • combine content across the lines of entertainment – context – sales

  • be there from time to time = at performances, workshops, and events in Ostrava

  • collect content on-site and continue working with it creatively

  • communicate with the team on an ongoing basis and during weekly online calls

  • carry out basic evaluation of data, reach, and content performance



WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • you have a feel for language and copywriting—you can write clearly and playfully

  • you are familiar with the field of dance, movement arts, or theatre

  • you are creative, proactive, and self-driven, but also able to work as part of a team

  • you have a working knowledge of English

  • you can navigate basic social media analytics

  • you see technology and social media as tools, not as stress



HOW WE WORK

  • remote / home office, but we expect participation in events in Ostrava

  • approx. 25 hours per month

  • collaboration on a freelance basis (self-employed / contract work)

  • start in mid-March
