Elegant, playful, and a little mischievous, Lekce Špičkování (On Pointe) is a ballet rebellion for lovers of humor and movement. Curious to see what happens when strict ballet rules start to bend?
Find out on Sunday, July 13, in Farská zahrada, where ballet meets grotesque and acrobatics. Precise technique, perfect discipline… and unexpected moments that turn everything upside down. Who’s on pointe, and who’s pushing the limits? And what if the ballet studio doesn’t always follow the rules?
The performance will be accompanied by an interactive workshop, where you can experience ballet training firsthand. What does basic ballet training look like? What does graceful arm work, the legendary plié, or the famous adagio involve? Come find out – with fun, ease, and no consequences.
Discover ballet like you’ve never seen it before – in a summer open-air setting with dancers who refuse to be bound by the rules.
