It seems that in our Move Studio, at our regular exercise lessons, we unfortunately have someweavingthat Friday.

But even in these times, it is not good to neglect movement!

We have therefore prepared several online lessons for you, with which you can practice before we meet again in full force.
You can choose from the menu below. Here you will find almost all genres that you are used to from Move Studio.
After registering and paying for the lesson, you will receive a link to the video lesson, which is valid for 72 hours.
This means that you can train as you wish for 3 days according to the video. Then it's time to buy a new lesson :)
