How did I get to learn?

Through the preparation of the National Theater in Prague, studying ballet at the Prague Conservatory under great names such as Hana Vláčilová, Zdena Nemcová, Jaroslav Slavický, Nely Danko and others, I started my engagement at the Moravian-Silesian National Theater in Ostrava in 2001 and gradually developed there. except for the position of soloist. I spent a short break of the beautiful 18 years on the boards that mean the world. But because I am an inquisitive creature, I started looking for further studies and in 2008 I decided to go to the University of Ostrava, where I finally studied physical education. Because the technique of classical dance is constantly improving, I am very happy that I chose this field, because I learned a lot of interesting things about movement. During my dancing career, I also realized that this is not a field where I can stay until retirement, and since 2002 I have been teaching ballet to young children. Gradually, in 2015, I added the teaching of pupils and students of the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava, and in 2018, in addition, the teaching of adults.

What do I enjoy most about leading lessons?

Classical dance lessons for adults is a very specific thing. I like the interest of those interested in the lessons the most. Despite the initial embarrassment, they are finally able to wake up to great performances :-)

When I'm not teaching, I'm ...

Definitely at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava, where I teach the main field and concert practice. After my career in theater, climbing became my hobby. So definitely somewhere on a climbing wall or rock in nature. Otherwise, I'm at home with my two sweethearts, who are 3 and 5 years old, and I spend all my remaining time with them.
